So I find this cool and useful plugin that I want to use for a client but the plugin didn’t work all that well. It has great potential but somehow didn’t work for the Edge browser but it did for Chrome.
– Just to get out of the subject for a second, if you have any kind of online product or service make sure it works on all possible web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera…).
So customer service was really fast and friendly and I complimented on the solution but also mentioned how I have a problem with it.
She chatted back to try this and that, and I follow the instruction she wrote but still didn’t work. And I could see she was typing and I can see those … icon as she is about to write something but I guess she keeps changing her mind or answer and after like 4 minutes she wrote WHY?
To me, that was super fun but it also showed her human side that I loved.
WHY? Such a simple act that got me thinking OK, there is a human on the other side struggling with an issue and trying to help me, and I can relate to the issue and to her answer because I was thinking the same thing on my side and I also as myself many time WHY in my head when something is not working 😀

Its never B2B or B2C it is always P2P (People to People)
It’s working properly now.
She said “THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND YOUR IDEAS” and I said THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME A LOT OF TIME WITH YOUR PLUGIN!”
